It all began in that quiet harbor where life's harshest storms subside; on the serene terrace of Ayvalık. I am Can Sabri Dolu; a traveler on a long journey that stretches from the crowds of a white-collar life to the deepest silence of absence, from great loss to the miracle of rebirth.
'Two-Person Restaurant' is more than just a kitchen for me; it's a manifesto from my ashes, a story of existence that emerged from nothingness. My dream in creating this most intimate dining experience was to create a sanctuary where you can leave the noise outside and simply be in the 'moment,' where music touches the plate and flavor touches the soul.
